Of course, we will take you back to the hotel after the games. If you are going to meet the bus at the team hotel, send me an email ASAP so I know not to wait for you in Chapel Hill.3. Everyone will receive $10 per game.4. Parking will be provided in the Manning lot for each game.5. The truck will be in the Manning lot before and after each game. Men's ACC Tournament - PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP - we still desperately need trumpet and trombone players for the men's ACC tournament. It appears that we will play at either 7p or 9p on Thursday, March 11 and if we win, we will play again on Friday, March 12 at either 7p or 9p. The game on Saturday would be at 3:30p and the Sunday game is at 1p, should we continue to win. If you can help us with any of these games, please let me know ASAP. Women's ACC Tournament We are still in need of a few volunteers for the Women's ACC tournament. The first game is Thursday at 3:00. We will depart campus around 11:30. Women's ACC Tournament An excuse letter for the women's ACC tournament is attached. As you will see in the letter, plans call for an 11a departure and 7p return both days. This may be adjusted once we finalize all plans, which should be tomorrow afternoon.There are still spots left for both days, specially for brass players. Congratulations! This afternoon, Mr McClure and I had the pleasure of sharing your October 11 performance with those in attendance at the Southern regional conference of the College Band Directors National Association. It was very well received and as you might expect, quite different from the other 3 shows that were presented.
